I studied journalism and went deep into cinema. That background gave me something most photographers don't have: I don't just see a moment. I feel when it's about to happen. I know how to be invisible when you need to just be there, and present when you need someone to guide you through.
Because here's what I know after 19 years: the couples who are the most present on their wedding day get the most beautiful photos. Not because they posed perfectly. Because they felt everything.

Family first. Always. Everything I do, I do with them in mind.
I've been an observer my whole life. Not in an artistic way, just genuinely. I always loved watching the simple things. The way people interact, the little stuff that happens in between. That connection to real, ordinary moments is probably why I ended up here without even realizing it. I didn't choose photography because I wanted to be an artist. I think I just always wanted to capture people and moments and one day the camera just never left my hands.
When I'm behind the camera in journalistic mode with the right gear, I catch things you didn't even know were happening. Moments you'll never be able to recreate.
Oh, and when I'm not shooting? I'm probably losing my mind over a soccer game or running a barbecue that somehow turns into a three-hour event. That's me.
At 19, Otto has already photographed weddings across the United States — part of our U.S. Wedding Tour from day one. He grew up on the road with us, camera in hand, learning every kind of moment a wedding day holds before most people his age even know what they want to do with their lives.
His photos don't just make it into the galleries. Couples choose them for their albums.
