The client acknowledges that these characteristics are an integral part of Rocker in Love’s artistic style and do not constitute a defect or technical error, but rather a distinctive element of the final work.
Also, the client hereby assign and grant ROCKER IN LOVE the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of THE CLIENT(S) or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.
By proceeding with this agreement, the client confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
